Guide's Sojourn....a
sketch
Richard
Kiefer's 35 year career in human services includes professional
involvements in the fields of juvenile justice, gerentology,
chemical dependency treatment, pastoral counseling, educational
consulting and life coaching.
For
over a decade and a half one to one client interactions have
been and are the mainstay of Richard's private practice. See
the tesimonials page for a sampling of comments chosen from
a myriad of successful client relationships.
A
primary corporate consulting relationship spanning a fifteen
year period saw Richard serve as a member of the senior training
staff for 'Falling Awake', an entity of Breakthrough Enterprises
that innovated and conducts a 15 month Life Coaches' School
curriculum for professionals aspiring to become certified
life coaches.
A
primary institutional coaching relationship in concert with
'Falling Awake' began in 1993 when the Brande Foundation hired
Richard as a pioneering member of a core team of life coaches
retained to provide life coaching services to Executive Directors
and CEO's of non-profit agencies. The overwhelmingly popular
response among leaders who have received the Foundation's
offerings over the ensuing years has earned this philanthropic
project landmark recognition, intersecting a cadre of internationally
based non-profits.
Sojourner's
Guide is a composition that is both a designation
and a process evolving from Richard's having served
in the capacities of spiritual advisor, mentor, counselor,
teacher, coach, minister, and consultant spanning nearly four
decades.
