I have the good fortune of working with a select number of
clients who are committed to invest a year focused on creating
the life of their dreams.
The adventure often begins with a weekend visioning retreat
held in one of the three pristine nature settings described
here. Designed to open the way for one's deepest interior
knowings to emerge, the process combines the ancient ways
of a vision quest overlayed with a blueprint generated to
articulate multiple pathways for actualizing the images, desires,
and intuitions that arise. A viable option that some clients
choose is to complete several sojourning sessions prior to
the visioning retreat.
During in person and telephone coaching appointments following
the retreat, our agenda will include spending about 4 to 6
hours together a month fashioning the blueprint into a comprehensive
plan with attending goals and action steps that are in accord
with your life purpose as you come to define it.
Sojourner's Guide approach is geared to both promote your
ongoing actions towards achieving identified goals while helping
sharpen perceptions to recognize even greater good brought
about by unplanned twists and turns along the path. Breezeways
then tend to open, beckoning capacities for discerning the
signals from - and to navigate by - the magnetic north of
your soul's compass.
If you are looking for a guide to mainly support your climbing
career ladders or to vigorously expand your portfolio, you
will be better served to look elsewhere.
On the other hand, if you are more drawn towards a world class
guide in the domains of helping evolve interior qualities
of being marked by a peaceful mind, dancing spirit, and stellar
relationships, we may have a match.
The structure of the agreement to work together a year at
a time is formed the old fashioned way...based on mutually
clear intentions, framed by our spoken word and sealed with
a handshake. Arriving at this point of agreement is preceded
by in depth dialogue that affords plenty of opportunity to
sense personal chemistry and to explore the lay of the land
at no charge and without obligation.
About six months into the process, we will arrange to spend
another full day or two together at a location of your choice.
The primary focus of this retreat is to have an immersion
experience in the genre of creating your mid-term and long
range future while attuning intrinsic states of awareness
with outer circumstances. Attunements of this nature support
perpetual ignition of life's passions in the here and now
and ease the shifting of circumstances when desired. Those
living in such a fashion are said to have charmed or blissful
lives.
I work on a yearly retainer basis payable quarterly. I invite

Visioning Retreat Settings
Alaska
This is the 'land of the midnight sun' in the summer and
where the aurora borealis dance in the winter. The selection
of one out of several possible retreat locations will be
partially influenced by what season it happens to be when
we begin our work together and largely guided by where your
intuitive compass points.
Like no other place I've ever been, Alaska provides an opportunity
to be confronted by my personal (egoic) smallness and, simultaneously,
to become enjoined by/merge at one with, the grandeur of
all that is.
The mystics of old talk about coming into a realization
of non-separteness; an at-one-ment with heaven and earth.
Such a consciousness connotes a kind of sensibility that
the creator, the created, and creation as an organic progression
are all facets of the same gem.
Embraced by Spirit Wind sent from somewhere near Denali,
our sojourn in Alaska promises three ushers: power to our
right, grace on the left, and radiance just ahead.

Black Hills of South Dakota
Over the centuries, the Lakota people have understood the
Black Hills to be 'sacred ground'...a place to enter with
reverence, to stay in hopes of receiving spiritual guidance,
and to quietly take leave in gratitude for courage to live
out the vision given.
Together, we too shall enter, pause, and depart in such
a way.

North Shore of Minnesota
The Cree word 'Naniboujou' roughly translates in English
to mean, "goddess or god of the wilderness."
A lodge by the same name located on the shore of Lake Superior
near the Canadian border provides a unique haven where one
can incline an ear to listen to "the whisper of the
still small voice of spirit within."
Along the lakeshore and in the forest, we will invite the
soulful essence of Naniboujou to brush across our path with
blessings for inspiration, clarity and renewal.
